APAM is Australia’s leading, internationally focused industry event for contemporary performing arts, showcasing artists and performances and offering spaces for dialogue, collaboration and exchange.
Held in the iconic Brisbane Powerhouse, New Farm Park and The Sofitel we set about to design and build a cohesive and unique landscape to connect the diversity of spaces and inform delegates through a graphic and contemporary presence responding to themes of identity and community through circular and linear works.
Within the Powerhouse, a focus on our crafted woven large feature pieces in a natural fibre in atrium areas evolved with the changeovers of sets, along with internal gardens and large hanging plants to soften the industrial spaces.
